NPC Takeovers!! Empty NPC Takeovers!!

here is where things get fun. Starting with the quest of to get either ones king/queen you must take a lvl 8 NPC over as well as a lvl 10 NPC. (one must only attempt this once the quest has appeared otherwise it is meaningless and one must take them again which will force you loss more troops then nessary.)
